As a member you have the flexibility to pause your membership for 30 days, twice in a 12 months contract period.
The membership is charged on 4th of every month. If you wish to pause, you will be required to do so on or before 3rd of every month.
The good news is that there is no limit. You can purchase as much as you want and all this would be at 25% discount.

You will be emailed a link to track your shipment as soon as it leaves our premises. You can clink on the link provided in the email and track your orders any time.
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of ordering and place a new order. After this time period, we are afraid the ball starts rolling and there is no mechanism to stop it.

It usually takes about a weeks time after we receive the product at our mailing address. You will be notified once we receive the product and the refund process is initiated.

Gift Cards
XindaDil gift cards are available on our website here. You can purchase the gift cards and after the checkout the person you wish to send the gift card to, shall receive an email with details and a code to be used on our website to shop for free up to the value of the gift card.
Unfortunately, we don't have mechanism in place currently that enables you to gift a membership to your loved ones. We are working on this and will update you as soon as this facility is made available.
