5.Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

6.Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

3.2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore XindaDil reserves the rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

1. In different sizes, there might be a slight printing position difference between clothes in kind and in picture.
2. There might be a 2% - 3% difference according to manual measurement.
3. Check the measurement chart carefully before ordering the product.
4. Please note that there may be a slight color difference due to light and screen contrast/brightness.

1.Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

2.If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

3.Please be careful in reading the size charts before ordering. Any returns for exchange of a different size shall be entertained. However, you will be liable for reshipment costs.
